Guided Access
If you dont want your kids to access other apps or even your home button and lock buttons on your iOS device, then you definitely have to read this document.
Many people may face this situations where kids or new users may access your Mail,Contacts,Dropbox or games or any important files or apps in your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch.
To prevent this situation, you just need to turn on the Guided Access from Settings. Also, you can mark some area on your app, so that particular area also doesn't have any access.
Let's see how it works.
1. Go to Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Guided Access
2. Now turn on the Guided Access
3. You can set 4-digit passcode when guided access is enabled
4. If you turn on the 'Enable Screen Sleep' mode, the screen will dim after a period of inactivity.
5. Now open any application or game and start Guided Access by "Triple tapping your Home button"
6. Start the Guided access by tapping on the "Start button" located at the top right corner of your device.
7. When the guided access is started, you cannot have access to other "apps" or "Home/Lock buttons" or "Multi Gestures". You can end it by triple tapping the home button again and tapping "End button" at the top left corner of your device.
8. You can even control some part of your screen by "Circling the areas you want"
